The new cabin product was jointly unveiled by the movie star Madhavan and CW Foo, General Manger India, Singapore Airlines at City Centre Mall, reinforcing the airlines' commitment to India, especially the southern region. Madhavan, after unveiling the cabin product also felt the luxury being offered by the airlines. The 'Enhanced Cabin Experience' aims at bringing new levels of comfort and luxury for the Business Class passengers, who can now stretch out and unwind in exquisite inclined-flat seats that are upholstered in premium leather. What is more, the travellers can now select their ideal seating position with seat presets, adjustable headsets and lumbar support either while working or lounging. The relaxed and contemporary setting in the new Singapore Airlines Business Class is enhanced with soft finishing and amenities designed by world famous French fashion house, Givenchy. Passengers who are flying in Singapore Airlines will be able to experience the new cabin enhancements when the first flight from Chennai takes off on June 29, 2010. Madhavan, who is a frequent flyer himself would have obviously been tempted to take the next flight out to Singapore to get a first hand feel of the luxury the Boeing 777-200 aircraft has to offer!
